Why is there a pre-qualification process?
Prevost requires that our renters are inline with our Prevost safety polices and standards.

Why did Prevost decline my rental?
Customers are required to meet specific qualifications. For example, poor scores on your SAFER report will affect your eligibility.

What is the maximum rental period allowed?
We offer customers the opportunity to rent our units up to 6 months at a time.

How does the rental pricing work?
Prices are based on vehicle, make, model and how many months rented. Canadian pricing subject to apply.

How do I make my monthly rental payments?
All payments are required to be paid in one month in advance via secured ACH wire transfer or approved credit card. Note: credit card must be associated with the person renting the unit. Failure to make payments will subject to revoke your lease agreement and vehicle will be required to return immediately.

What is the process to picking up the rental unit?
Customers are responsible to pick up the rental unit at is designated location.

Where should I return my rental unit?
Typically, customer is responsible to return the rental unit at the same location picked up. Please seek more information about the return process.
